EBRD is supporting the rehabilitation of the railway section from Kumanovo to Beljakovce, FYR Macedonia. The section has a length of approximately 30.8 km, and is the first section of Corridor VIII in the east of the country.
For the implementation of this project, Ministry of Transport wants to engage a consultant that will provide advice and guidance to assist the Project Implementation Unit in meeting the Project schedule, as well as assessing any requests of change variation orders and providing technical input as needed.
EBRD invites interested firms or group of firms to submit expressions of interest. The Assignment is expected to commence in Q2 2015 with a total duration of approximately 24 months.
The estimated cost is EUR 250,000, exclusive of VAT.
