On March 21, Hellenic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) announced it has decided to amend the timetables for the international tenders regarding the sale of 100% stake in Traionse and Rosco.
For Trainose, the new deadline for submitting the Initial Interest is set for April 15, and the new deadline for Binding Offers from April 26 to May 31.
For Rosco, the new deadline for Binding Offers is set for March 28 to May 31.
HRADF has received requests from three potentially interested investors of Traionse extending the deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest, which was set for March 21, 2016.
Regarding the tender process of Rosco, the Fund received a request from an interested investor in order to extent the date for submitting Binding Offers, which was set for 28 March, on the grounds that the agreement between the Greek Government and Institutions should be completed and two critical bills, tax and social security & pension reforms be approved by the greek Parliament, which affect the financial bids to be submitted.
