Some 90 Hungarian railway lines and 1,200 stations are being added to Google Maps, through the cooperation of Hungarian railway company MÁV, its subsidiary MÁV-START, regional railway operator GYSEV and Google Hungary.
This way, the complete activity and timetables of Hungarian domestic railways are accessible through the web application. “Hungarian railways needs to keep pace with technical and IT developments,” Ilona Dávid of MÁV said.
