Moscow: In three years, the Kalininskaya Line will reach the Novomoskovsky and Troitsky administrative areas

The Moscow government has approved a design plan for a section of the Kalininskaya-Solntsevskaya metro Line from the planned Ramenki station to the Rasskazovka station, plus a maintenance facility. The decision was taken at a meeting of the city government presidium.
The western section of the Kalininskaya-Solntsevskaya Line is being built one stage at a time. At stage 1, in early 2014, the Delovoi Tsentr-Park Pobedy section (3.35 km, two stations) was opened. At stage 2, the Park Pobedy-Ramenki section will be completed (7.25 km, three stations). In stage 3, the Ramenki-Rasskazovka section and maintenance facility will be built, and stage 4 will be the Delovoi Tsentr-Tretyakovskaya section (5.1 km).
