FESCO launches regular rail transportation service to the ports of St. Petersburg

FESCO Transportation Group (FESCO) has initiated a delivering service by rail for export cargo in the Russian Northwest. Regular container trains will transport manufactured products to the ports of St. Petersburg. The first export container train delivered 77 40’ containers to Marine Fish Port LLC, one of the terminal in St. Petersburg, and then containers will be delivered in China by FESCO’s sea line FOML.

FESCO will create rhythmic transportation schemes for each exporting company individually. This technology allows clients to exclude downtime and to ensure regular shipments, significantly reducing cost and transit time. The transportation will be based on FESCO’s own assets and the ones of its partner. FESCO’s high-level expertise in line shipments through the Far-Eastern ports will facilitate in this service delivering.
