South Australia signed agreement with China Railway Group

SAOn April 5, South Australian Government has signed an agreement with the China Railway Group to work together on pursuing investment opportunities in South Australian projects – particularly around mining.
Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on mining infrastructure project opportunities which may include accommodation villages, ports, airports, railways, roads, refineries, desalination plants, power stations and water pipelines.
“The agreement means that China Railway Group will have a willing partner in the South Australian Government and should have greater confidence in mining infrastructure investment opportunities,” Premier Jay Weatherill said.
