OAO RZD may close the sales of 25% in Transmashholding by end-2015, the TASS quotes Transmashholding President Andrey Bokarev statement during the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.
“I think that the deal may be closed by the year-end. The 25% package in Transmashholding is estimated at around RUR 12.5 bn (USD 230.4 mil) and over. It means that in case new long-term contracts are signed, it is to be “over” for the contract”, Bokarev explained.
