Rüdiger Grube becomes the Chairman of Vossloh Supervisory Board

Rüdiger Grube, the former CEO of Deutsche Bahn, will become the new board member of the Vossloh AG taking over the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board.

From 2007 to 2017, Grube was the Chairman of the Executive Board of Deutsche Bahn AG, and will contribute substantially to the further development of the Vossloh Group with his comprehensive experience and expertise in the rail industry, the company says.

The application for court appointment of Grube occurs in the context of Bernhard Düttmann having resigned as member of the Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG with effect as of December 31, 2019 due to his commitments at Ceconomy AG.

“With Prof. Dr. Grube we were able to win an outstanding expert in the railway industry for Vossloh and I am looking forward to the future cooperation,” said Ulrich Harnacke the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
