Pavlodar Tram company announces tender for GPS monitoring system

Pavlodar Tram Management Company announced a tender for the supply of goods and related services for the development of GPS monitoring system. The supply and installation of the system will be completed in 12 weeks after contract signing. Tenders should be delivered until 11 June 2018 and must be accompanied by a tender security of KZT 1 million (EUR 2523).
To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must have an annual turnover of KZT 80 million over the last 3 years, the tenderer shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the production cash flow for the period of contract and also shall confirm successful implementation of at least 1 contract for creation and maintenance of GPS monitoring systems for public transport.
Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD is open to firms from any country.

Pavlodar Tram Management Company, wholly owned by the Pavlodar Oblast Akimat, Kazakhstan, implements a EUR 10 million project which envisages the renew the city’s tram fleet, procurement of materials (tram track, trolley wire, turnouts), including the above tender, for GPS Monitoring System development.
