The Coordination Committee of the Trans-Caspian international transport route has established a consortium to promote the project. According to the statement, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Georgia agreed a number of issues, including technological collaboration between the transport companies for the transit container service „NomadExpress” on the China-Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey route with the involvement of rail and sea transport in direct international railway-ferry, azertag.az informs.
The sides signed a cooperation technology document. The document provides for the reduction of transit container train running time, the implementation of the exchange of information between the participants of the corridor and the customs authorities, compliance with the rules of registration of transportation documents related to the organization of transport.
