New postponement for ROSCO privatization

Greek Privatization Agency HRADF has pushed back again the deadline for the submission of binding bids for railway maintenance company ROSCO by three months. The previous bid deadline was due to expire on 3 November after a four-month extension.
The agency said it decided to extend the deadline again, to 14 February, after a request by one of the bidders. Greece has received two expressions of interest for the purchase of ROSCO, from Italy’s Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane and Skoda Transportation.
Currently, the Agency owns 100% of the share capital of ROSCO.
