The Metrotenerife Board of Management has approved to tender the drafting of the construction project for the extension of Line 2 from Tíncer to La Gallega. This is a part of a longer project for the urban and economic development of the southwest of the metropolitan area.
The Line 2 extension will have 2.5 kilometres and four new tram stops. The extension is expected to register around 3.000 passengers per day.
