KTZ plans to reduce expenses up to USD 2.75B within Samruk-Kazyna transformation

Kazakhstan Temir Zholy plans to reduce its expenses by more than 500 billion tenge (USD 2.75B) by 2020 within the Samruk-Kazyna Transformation Program, said President of KTZ Askar Mamin on Monday speaking at the forum on transformation.
“KTZ is one of the first companies to start implementation of the Samruk-Kazyna program of business transformation. We have formed a working group of 100 highly qualified professionals and are actively working on the development of the program,” said Mamin.
The program plans to completely revise the basic business processes concerning the freight, passenger transport, infrastructure and others spheres.
