Inno2grid-DB Schneider Electric_test-626x600The European Commission said it has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of joint control over inno2grid of Germany by DB Energie, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn and by Schneider Electric of Germany, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric of France.

inno2grid offers design, consulting, planning and testing services as well as the deployment, operation and distribution of decentralised intelligent energy infrastructures and related mobility solutions. DB Energie is active in the generation, purchase and supply of energy.
