RZD will not be privatized this year, Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev announced, TASS reports. “No [decision on Russian Railways privatization]. Definitely not in this year,” the minister said.
Russia’s Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov also said earlier the privatization of RZD will not take place in 2016.
It’s feasible to sell not more than 5% of shares if the decision to privatize is made, President of RZD Oleg Belozerov said earlier.
