Summa Group does not agree with the sale of Kedentransservice

summaSumma Group has contested the decision to sell the Kazakh rail container and terminal operator Kedentransservice to Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. The decision to sell Kedentransservice was reached by the Board of Directors of TransContainer. The 50% stake would be thus sold to the second co-owner of Kedentransservice. Summa disagrees with the procedure of the approval of the transaction. The deal should be part of a project for the formation of the United Transportation and Logistics Company by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Summa controls 24.1% of TransContainer.
