Telent, a leading provider of operational technology and digital solutions for critical infrastructure across the UK and Ireland, is set to be acquired by infrastructure services giant M Group.
The acquisition, subject to regulatory approval, will strengthen M Group’s position across telecoms, transport, water and energy by integrating Telent’s expertise in mission-critical communications, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Combining Telent’s digital capabilities with M Group’s infrastructure services will enhance support for shared clients including Transport for London, National Highways, Network Rail, Virgin Media O2, BT, EE and Openreach.
