Kyrgyzstan expected to join EEU in May

EEUSigning of documents on entry of Kyrgyzstan into the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) is expected to be held this May, Deputy Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Timur Zhaksylykov said, KAZINFORM reports.
“On December 23, the heads of states signed an agreement on Kyrgyzstan accession into the EEU. Thus, the final entry will be official when the protocols on the conditions of joining and transition provisions are signed. The work on these documents is still being held. We expect these documents to be signed in May,” he said.
The EEU began its work on January 1, 2015. Armenia jointed on January 2, 2015.
