The shareholders of Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori (NTV) are ready to support the recapitalisation of the company, declared Alberto Bombassei, the owner of a 5% share in NTV. However, it will be done only under specific conditions, said Alberto Bombassei.
The shareholders want the Italian Government and the railway regulatory authority to guarantee fairer and safer rules to stimulate investors. NTV has recently accused the authority to regulate transport so as to observe market rules.
NTV’s loss amounted in 2013 at EUR 77.6 Million.
