A year and a half before its debut on September 7–9, 2027, InnoTrans Asia is already generating significant interest. Approximately one-third of the exhibition space in Singapore is already booked, and the list of exhibitors has a strong international character.

The interim results are positive: about 18 months before the official opening, approximately 30% of the exhibition space is already occupied. Exhibitors from 30 countries have registered for this new trade fair dedicated to the mobility industry in the Asia-Pacific region. This development confirms the international relevance and appeal of the new format, designed to complement InnoTrans, the world’s leading trade fair for transport technology.

“We are delighted with the extremely promising start of InnoTrans Asia. Just six months after signing the contract in Singapore and, not least, now at BUS2BUS in Berlin, we are seeing significant interest from both established and new partners. The large number of exhibitors at this early stage is generating very high expectations for the coming months,” said Kai Mangelberger, Director of the Mobility Division at Messe Berlin.

InnoTrans Asia covers segments such as rail technology, rail infrastructure, public transport, interior design, and tunnel construction, offering a platform for innovation, networking, and business development in the region.

Joint Pavilions and International Participation at InnoTrans Asia

Key industry players, such as Continental, Harting Singapore Pte Ltd, Vossloh AG, and Bozankaya, have already confirmed their participation. The international presence is complemented by official national pavilions from Japan, Spain, Australia, and Switzerland.

German companies will have the opportunity to participate in a joint national pavilion, organized with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, in cooperation with AUMA – the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry. The aim is to provide German firms with a solid platform for market access and the development of partnerships in the dynamic region of Asia. In addition, the Berlin and Brandenburg regions are preparing their own pavilion.

This year, the InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin, taking place September 22–25, marks the 30th anniversary of the event.
