Russia’s Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin has confidence that a project to restore a direct rail link between Armenia and Russia through Abkhazia and Georgia would be politically and economically useful to all regional countries. A serious project should be worked out in order to proceed with the restoration of the mentioned rail link.
