TSA was awarded by Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles, S.A. (CAF) a contract to design and deliver traction motors for the Oaris fleet.
CAF will supply the new high-speed trains for the Airport Express Line which is to connect the City of Oslo with Gardermoen Airport. The Airport Line is operated by Flytoget AS.
The new train units are part of the Oaris family, CAF´s innovative high-speed trains. The trains for the Airport Express Line consist of four carriages and will be capable of running at a service speed of 250 km/h.
