SITL 2011 seeks innovation in transport and logistics

SITL LogisticsSolutions, the International Transport and Logistics Forum, launches the first day of the exhibition with the inaugural conference on the theme “Which logistics solutions provide better competitiveness tomorrow”. The event includes five conferences focused on topics of current interest: innovation in the supply chain: best practices between transporters and shippers, in what measure can innovation revolutionise current logistics practices, what innovations can improve the security of transported goods, what will be the impact on international commerce of the 2011 changes in incoterms and what innovations in transport and logistics can be applied from humanitarian operations?

The event will take place during March 29-31, 2011 in Paris and will reunite 27,000 professionals in the area. The event provides an exhibition space of 27,500 square metres for 500 companies in 60 countries to exhibit their products. The Forum hosts 30 conferences and workshops and 6 logistics innovation awards.
