Samskip integrates new rail wagons

The logistics company Samskip has recently added 50 rail wagons to its fleet, the second batch of a total of 100 new Samskip-branded rail wagons. Newly built by Slovakian Tatravagonka, these type T-3000 wagons are specifically designed to transport (mega) Huckepack trailers as well as all types of containers. In addition, the rail wagons have a low noise brake system and a full Samskip livery.
The first batch was delivered in July this year. Rented through Nacco, the rail wagons will be part of Samskip’s fleet for the next five years.
