RZD can invest EUR 1 billion for upgrading Slovenia’s railways, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after talks with Slovenian counterpart Borut Pahor, Tass reports.
“Options of RZD’s participation in the upgrade of Slovenia’s railway network are considered. Large-scale investments about 1 bln euro are the point at issue,” the Russian president said.
