OT Logistics plans London listing

OT LOgistics-Poland_f4d216beddae50c7e968af6e857799bf1eddd659Polish rail freight and logistics company OT Logistics plans to debut on the London Stock Exchange to tap foreign investors, Piotr Ambrozowicz , deputy chief executive says.
„Placing our shares on the LSE is to allow foreign investors easier access to our shares. We believe that with time our presence on the London bourse will allow us also to gain capital”, Ambrozowicz added.
In April, The Board of OT Logistics presented a new development strategy for the Group. It focuses on the development of ports in Poland and Croatia, the transshipments of goods  and improving inland navigation. The Board also wants to tap the potential of an integrated Group to increase revenues and develop the transport corridor North-South in Poland.
„OT Logistics Group clearly strengthened its position by the completion of several major investments. We have a contract long-term lease of land in the Port of Gdańsk, we purchased a stake in the company is handling the largest seaport in Croatia, as well as bought 100% of shares of the rail carrier Landkol (currently OT Rail). These investments will not only open up new market opportunities and bring to us a completely new challenge. That’s why we have revised our strategy” Zbigniew Nowik, CEO OT Logistics, says.
