The Croatian Railways have brought into service the first of a total of 44 new trains produced by electrical transport company Koncar, reports N1. The first of the new trains will be used for the routes: Zagreb – Koprivnica/Zagreb – Sisak – Sunja.
The new trains can reach speeds of up to 160 kilometres per hour, have 210 seats with a total passenger capacity of 419, have ramps and doors designed for people with disabilities, as well as a compartment for bicycles, Wi-Fi, a GPS system which updates passengers, and a modern air conditioning system.
